6. Cookies and Analytics
Our apps do not track you. What you scan, score, record or write stays on your device, and none of our apps require an account.
This website is separate from the apps, and uses two third-party services:
- Google Analytics 4 — to count visits and see which app pages people find useful. It sets cookies and collects a truncated IP address, the pages you view, and whether you tapped through to the App Store. We do not use it for advertising, we have not enabled Google Signals or ad personalisation, and we never upload personal information to it.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 — on the support page only, to stop automated spam reaching our inbox. It is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
You can block both with any content blocker or by enabling "Do Not Track" — the site works exactly the same without them. If you would rather we deleted analytics data associated with your visit, email support@scalingwebapps.com.
When you write to us through the support form we receive your email address, your message, the app you selected and your IP address, so that we can reply and investigate the problem. We keep support correspondence only as long as it is useful, and never sell or share it.
