1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, ScalingWebApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use our mobile applications on your personal devices.
License Scope
This license is personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Prohibited Activities
- Copy, modify, or distribute the applications
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
- Create derivative works based on the applications
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the applications for any commercial purpose without permission
- Rent, lease, or sublicense the applications
3. Ownership
ScalingWebApps retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the applications, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other intellectual property rights in the applications remain the exclusive property of ScalingWebApps.
4. Updates and Modifications
We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the applications. You agree to install such updates as they may be necessary for continued use of the applications.
Automatic Updates
Applications may update automatically to ensure security and functionality
Security Patches
Critical security updates may be installed without notice
5. Data Collection and Privacy
Our applications may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the applications, you consent to such data collection and processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers
The applications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall ScalingWebApps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the applications.
7. App Store Terms
If you download the applications from an app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), you acknowledge that:
App Store Relationship
- This Agreement is between you and ScalingWebApps, not the app store
- The app store has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
- You must comply with applicable app store terms of service
- App store terms take precedence in case of conflicts with app store policies
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the applications and delete all copies.
